We carry out an inspection of your property. This is to assess the energy efficiency of the building. We take measurements, and look at the heating, lighting and insulation.
Once we have calculated the energy rating will then lodge the EPC on the central register. Once lodged we will email a copy direct to you. The certificate gives you an A to G rating along with recommendations on how to reduce the energy usage of the building.
