As we are all aware there has effectively been a lockdown on people leaving the house and visiting other houses. Due to this I am unable to care out EPC surveys at this time as I would need to visit your house. However I am still doping floor plans from home. If you still need a floor plan for any reason . Then all you need to do is send me a sketch of the property. I will then create a full floor plan from this. As this is done from home without a site visit. The fee will be £25.00 . I have created a new option on the order pages for this.

At the current time we are still carrying out surveys for our customers. However due to the coronavirus, we will be taking the following precautions.
Prior to visiting your property we will call ahead of time. This is to confirm that all people in the household are well, and free from symptoms. We will also obey certain hygiene standards to help avoid the spread of the virus. This includes wearing gloves throughout our visit. We thank you all for your continued support and hope you all stay safe.

The government have produced minimum energy efficiency standards for rental properties.

For a rental property to stay rented, it has to reach a minimum energy rating of “E” or above. As of 1st April 2020 landlords must not rent or continue to rent a domestic property with an EPC efficiency rating of less than an “E” . For further details go to the GOV website Here
