Due to this I am unable to care out EPC surveys at this time as I would need to visit your house. However I am still doping floor plans from home. If you still need a floor plan for any reason . Then all you need to do is send me a sketch of the property. I will then create a full floor plan from this. As this is done from home without a site visit. The fee will be £25.00 .
